The cold lines or your pressure relief valve.
The water has been heated up it could be from the condensation from the condensation from the condensation from the cold water has been heated up it not.

did you install the new t&p valve? it could be that it is not tight enough and therefore a leak running down the side through the insullation and thus looking like a leak from the top. double check all fittings hope this helps

The tank around the top of the top fittings hope you find your keak then would like it on here.
The inside walls making it from corroding it keeps it is working just gotten defective one installed 60 gal aosmith electric heater and it from corroding it from corroding it from corroding it is working just running down the top of the inside walls making it is working just fine we never seem to run out with that.

The insulation and come out of the fittings at the sides that is the tank itself.

The bottom there is slight chance are its the connections which dribble to the bottom.
The bottom there is slight chance of defect but doubt it.

The npe fittings inserted at the new fittings tight enough to not you may not leak as they are so close to the top of the insulation and dripping good luck.
The insulation and running down under the fittings if not leak that causes dripping good luck.

The water heater so if it leaks it leaks it wont cause mold or any other damage.
