Water Heater Height From Floor

water heater height from floor
New Construction – How high off the floor water should be executed lines in the wall?

I have been building of my own home and learning as I go. Ready to start the water supply lines (copper) and I wonder what is the preferred customary and height requirements to run the lines through the wall studs? I'm in a cold climate in winter with unheated crawl if I want get over the floor as soon as I leave the pressure tanks and run the supply line ¾ "approximately 25" across the wall water conditioner, then the water heater and accessories from there. DWV is done. So I ask, wiring how'bout (my next project)? Should I take the wiring of outlets will normally operate at the same height as the boxes in the transition between wall outlets? I have some books but none really recommend a height of soil is so that I can find. Thank you in advance, 10 points for best advice!

I had to plumb new my house after a major flood (separate story), but I ran the 3 / 4 "and 1" pipes through the crawl space and came to through the floor with 1 / 2 "where the device was found. It is really hard to thread a length of 10 feet of copper tubing through poles when the poles are 16 "apart. It was in Black Hawk, CO and crawl remained at about 35F-10F even as long as no project. pipe insulation foam is easy to install. For wiring, you want your outlets to not less than 10 "above the finished floor (code NEMA). Run the wire about 1 foot above the outlets so that you can have cable stapled within 6 "of the outlet box. I ran the shops along the wall, but the wiring light switch has been executed in the attic and down the switch.
