I intend 6 Neon Tetras to fish, 3 male guppies, 1 female betta, and 3 ghost shrimp. This set-up I have. January 10 gallons of light set up / w cover air filter pipe bubbles w / heater submersible 2 Live decorations future power, background, gravel, artificial plants. This thing cost a package! And on my forums fish they insisted that all that is necessary. Now that I have everything they tell me that I need to do this great cycle. And what do I need a "single test kit liquid ($ 20 – $ 35 – $ 40) and a bottle of ammonia. I have 100% reached my limit for a money-submersible heater, and there I did not even fish! Will not the water whether it is under treatment water and a pinch of salt little aquarium. My friend told me that it would end if I just put up with living plants and everything and let it run for about one week before getting fish. Does this work?
yes it will work. you do not need that test kit. if you put in very expensive fish in there, yes, but since you're not, your plan should work just fine. =)
