question about the tankless water heater?

I want to buy a tankless water heater for my bathroom serving the shower / bath and sink, but only one will be used at once. I find them pretty cheap at 2.0 gpm, but the specifications say it does sink, maybe two. the 4.0 gpm pops up in the price and for the whole house. 2.0 will suffice for the shower?

No, small heaters tankless are designed specifically for use with a sink / washbasin, and are designed to be mounted under the fixture. Units enouogh large to provide shower, dishes, etc. are to be installed in place of a conventional gas, propane or electric heater.
