Rheem Water Heater Help

N / hot water just part of the house?
Well, I have a new home with a new water heater. The water heater (electric Rheem, 50 gal) outside the garage. The water in the main bathroom, which includes two sinks, tub and shower works well, both strong and warm. However, the sink the kitchen and second bath on the other side of the house is under water pressure and hot water is hardly at all. I checked thermostat setting, the hot water valve under the sink and everything seems to be set correctly. Please Help. I'm ready to call a plumber as its under warranty, but if there is an easy solution, I'll take that too! Thank you.
