My Water Heater Went Out and I had a plumber get me a new one (the same size) and now I have no water pressure at all. Did they do something wrong? If they did, is it something I can fix?

May simply be that the plumber failed to turn the cold water supply to the W/H back on after installation. Try turning the valve handle counterclockwise until it stops. If condition persists, call the plumber back. He / she have tested the supply before leaving the work site.
