Tankless Water Heater – Problem with hot water?
Hi, We rent an apartment in Spain and we have a brand name (without tank is Neckar) heater which is powered by butane gas. Whenever we have a shower, it gets only 2 or 3 minutes of hot water, then water towers cold. We return to the camera and know that we have to relight the pilot. Needless to say, it becomes very frustrating. Our owner was away and unable help us. Ideas? Are we doing something bad?
Try using a wire brush and vacuum to clean the area around the lamp. It appears that the jet is restricted by debris. Natural gas is usually at very low pressure, so that the witness could be easily blocked a kind of accumulation.
