I have a boiler problem? Its a valliant?
Hi, i rented a powerflusher machine from the local hss hire shop as my heaters have been playing up. So i connected my machine correctly and let it run playing around with the heaters etc. But i totally forgot and disconnected the machine from one of the heaters and left the heating on. Now ive woken up and connected the machine but the boiler is not working. It makes weird noises and sounds like its backfiring. The hot water comes and goes every 5 seconds and now the house is freezing cold. I would like to know what steps to take now.
How do i diagnose whats wrong in the boiler? Is it the heat exchanger? Or the water Pump? Is anyone a qualified professional repair man to come and have a look at my boiler?
please help.
