American Water Heater Parts

What is the average cost of replacing a water heater? Which would you choose the payment of insurance or heating?
My water heater must be replaced (electrical), I guaranty insurance that will replace it, however there are some costs not covered – the tray, the permit, another party, it cost me $ 512.00. They gave me the opportunity to "cash out" which means they cut me a check and I trying to understand by myself. The problem is that the withdrawal of money "amount is not known and it may take up to two weeks for I discovered that the amount is before I can even decide – two weeks without taking a hot shower is Hell! But I'm not sure what to do. What would you do? Can anyone guess how much they could give me? The insurance company American Home Shield. review all help. I am the owner of a new house and do not know a thing about things home! Thank you!
You can get a tank and parts do it probably around 250-300. If you have a handyman or an uncle or cousin, or a boyfriend who may be able to do it for you for less than a plumber that is the ticket. If you need to call a plumber's going to cost at least $ 700. And with a better tank. Sure would be nice to know how they were gives you. In fact, it is ridiculous what they do for you. If they are going to present this option and then tell you to wait two weeks, it's crazy. I would like to make a phone call demanding and obtaining a solid answer. Then, after all this is done, never mind.
