I need information on Tankless water? Everyone knows the instant Titan?

I want to go green and install and install a tankless water heater. I want an electric model I heard gas is dangerous. Is it true that you can save big on your electric bill? Clean Water? and hot water never runs out? Seems too good to be true. I heard the Titan tankless water heater model is the best, but it seems so small. Can we really provide water for my entire house? Someone Can comment on that? Thank you for the help!

I have a Titan tankless water heater in my house that I bought from http://www.titantankless.com and is the best thing ever. It provides endless hot water so you can take a shower every day if you want, and it will last. My Bill electricity has fallen by about $ 35 per month also because it only runs when you turn the hot water. I checked the other models and research and found this to be one of the best power. A reservoir model and goes all day, even if you do not use it. The water is also safer than a tank can develop mildew, bacteria and sediment in the reservoir storage. Thus, you find your hair and skin look better! Although the gas can provide hot water, it is very dangerous. Rheem and tank companies others, as just recalled 50,000 units of tankless gas carbon monoxide poisoning in homes. His car as exhaust entering your home! here is the link reminder for gas units: http://www.tankless-recall.com/. The gas is super expensive now out of control … then you Because the gas! I have electric and it works very well and is much safer. It was easy to install! I can fill my bathtub all the way and do not worry about hot water missed. I can have 10 people over and not worry about running hot water! As was providing hot water for whole house, the answer is yes. If you live in a colder climate or have high standards they have models different for different needs. I did lots of research and higher unit sales and the one I use is the Titan Tankless N-120 water heater. They have invented and have been in business for over 23 years. All information on the unit and useful things to help you are deciding on their site http://www.titantankless.com Please be careful on the gas models because they are dangerous! I stick with command Electric. GO tankless you will not regreat!

Chimney relining costs – fair or scam?

I had a fire inspection, because the birds kept gettting in the fireplace oven. I knew I had some bricks loose or missing mortar between the bricks, but they found that there was water damage Lining (rusted at the bottom) and the clay partially collapsed inside. There is a large hole at the top where the birds were going to get warm. The water went down too … They showed me all the damage and I know all this is valid. The cost quoted to replace coating, to rebuild the crown (top of the chimney), reset all the bricks and mortar repointing is $ 1,800.00. Perhaps it just a sticker shock – but it seems high. Oh, the chimney of the furnace vents and gas geyser – It is about 30 feet. I am located in New York. The opinions are welcome – and thank you in advance …

It's not too bad for the amount of work they do.

How can I find a plumber emergency?

I stay at California at San Diego, I have a problem with the water heater's hot water heater. My fastened to the bottom, and now I have water everywhere! I have attached a hose and ran outside to evacuate the rest but it still leaks in the loop. How do I get the rest of the water without ruining most flooring? And how can I find a plumber emergency?

Turn the water valve to the heater so it stops trying to fill.Look in the Yellow Pages for a plumber

I bought a large consumer energy efficient water heater, and a high efficiency furnace in 2008. Is there anywhere to claim a credit for these two articles? It seems that the federal forms that are given credit for solar and hybrid vehicles. If you know where to apply for a credit for new furnaces and hot water heaters, let me know. Thank you for your quick response!

There is no credit for these items in 2008. According to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, are restored to the tax years 2009 and 2010 only. Sharon Pierce, HRB Sr. Advisor Tax V This review was prepared according to our understanding of tax law in force when it was written as it applies to facts you have provided.

Should I use my camera immersion?

I have a boiler that does my hot water and central heating. Do I need to have my emersion heater all the time (he just on a switch in the closet) that my HW comes only from the boiler twice a day on my current setting. Also, I have the thermostat on my storage tank at 45 °. Is the control of the emergence temp. And does this mean that if I emersion heater all the time, it will simply regulate the temperature to 45 degrees whatever the new hot water to come twice a day from the boiler.

No you do not need youe heater when the boiler is running. The thermostat regulates the temperature of the water in the tank, no matter how it is produced. From what you say my opinion is completely off the disposal.
